We are here to find you a digital solution for your problem. Facing difficulty in reaching out to your target audience.
Expanding into the Spanish market takes a lot of effort because local people and tourists follow the trend on social media. Local shops and small food businesses in Spain face many challenges, mainly in digital platforms. They are competing with supermarkets, the online availability of things within a few taps, and changing customer behavior.
The same issue was faced by one of the clients. The client was from the food and beverage industry. They hold a client of a bakery shop selling original baked Cuisine and handmade wine.
The major challenges faced by the client were:
- Lack of Digital Presence and Online Visibility on the Internet
In Spain, small food shops do not have websites to showcase their product. They are mainly dependent on local customers who have known them for years, so they are failing to grab new customers. Their low visibility on Google Business profile, social media, and delivery platform affects their presence in the market. Bad SEO makes it hard for customers to find them online
- Competition with Large Online Retailers who are well settled in the market
Local shops lack funds to invest in good e-commerce and online marketing, whereas big supermarkets have a strong digital presence through different platforms, making it hard for small shops to compete.
- Challenges in Online Ordering & Delivery
Small food shops don’t have funds to build their own delivery system, and they find it difficult to integrate them with other food delivery apps, making it expensive for them.
- Limited digital payment options
In this digital world, small stores still believe in cash payment and don’t accept credit cards and digital payment.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing Struggles
Shop owners are still not aware of social media and digital marketing knowledge. They are not aware of how to manage social media accounts and find difficulty in creating content like food photography, videos, and promotion ads.
- Lack of Customer Data and Insights
The owner lacks customer relationship management and the tools to track it, making it difficult to analyze the sale, customer trends, and their digital engagement. Also. Lacking email marketing.
The solution we provided them :
- We created a simple website for them to showcase their product and listed them on Google Business.
- Register them on the online delivery platform to make online sales also.
- Use all social media accounts for marketing.
- Add digital payment options on their website and their application.
- Worked on their website SMO and SEO.
- Did e-marketing for the new and old customers.
