Thank you for choosing Maverick. We appreciate your business. Please read this Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before making any purchases.
Digital Products: We do not issue refunds or exchanges for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is partially/completely delivered. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Services: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for services rendered. Once a service has been provided, whether in part or in full, we cannot issue refunds. If an exchange is requested, it will be considered as a separate project.
Physical Products: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for physical products unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. An uncut complete video of opening the package will need to be sent to us, for us to consider the refund or exchange. We will respond in 24-48 hours on weekdays(M-F) to any requests submitted. Actual refund/exchange, if any, shall be dependent upon vendor or other factors.
