Refund and Cancellation Policy

MAVERICK SERVICES – LOGISTICS REFUND POLICY

Maverick Services Logistics offers refunds in certain circumstances according to the following guidelines:

  • We will refund you in full if the service collection is delayed to the extent that it cannot be rebooked to a comparable service for its intended purpose
  • If a fee has been deemed to be applied incorrectly to your account in accordance with our fee dispute procedure and
  • If you request a cancellation of a service, prior to an attempt for collection and where Maverick Services has not incurred a cost from the carrier for the booking.
  • Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days

The option to cancel a shipping order is available at any time, at no cost and with no cancellation fee, as long as the order has not yet been assigned (dispatched) to a Carrier (transporter). Our services are considered rendered when a Carrier (transporter) is assigned to an order. Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation request. Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via email sent to info@maverickservices.in. Maverick Services does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call. Once a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched) to a shipping order, we will notify via email (to the email address provided at service booking). If Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched), cancellation fee will be applied, as our services have been rendered. Any remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation request.

Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via email sent to undefined info@maverickservices.in. Maverick Services do not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call.

Once a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched) to a shipping order, we will notify Customer via email (to the email address provided at service booking).

At the time of delivery, Customer should carefully inspect the parcel in the presence of the Carrier for possible damages incurred during transit. Carrier and Customer will both acknowledge the condition of the parcel and Customer will sign and receive a final copy of the Bill.

Damages must be noted in the proper place on the Bill and signed by Customer, regardless of weather conditions, time of day or day of week. Signing the Bill and inspection report without notation of any damage verifies that Customer has received his parcel(s) in satisfactory condition, and that Maverick Services are relieved of any further responsibility. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery via email to us.

All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the Transporter. The transporter assumes limited liability for damages and Customer is hereby advised to inquire with the Carrier about purchasing additional insurance prior shipping.

Customer further agrees and understands that Maverick services sole responsibility in the transaction between the customer and us is to procure a carrier for shipment of the customer’s property. Customer understands that Maverick Services never takes possession of, transports, or delivers the Customer’s property.
